Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Capturing and analyzing the social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and other information related
  • Collaborate with other departments (creative, sales, marketing etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Preferable major in Communication, Public Relation, Marketing, or New Media
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience
  • Adequate knowledge of content, design, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and insights by optimizing all channel activities in online marketing based on data insights.
  • Conduct regular brainstorming in developing the latest strategies related to online marketing.
  • Plan, execute and measure various experiments and conversion tests through paid advertising channels.
  • Evaluating various technologies, & providing thoughts and perspectives in adopting online marketing techniques appropriately.
  • Have a target as well as a measurable evaluation, through paid advertising channels, for example, Ads on Facebook or Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning and controlling the budget for all digital marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in advertising, marketing, communication, or related field.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Having experience in digital marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc), able to manage databases, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Up-to-date on new emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online marketing, as well as performance measurement.
  • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to learn something new.
  • Ability to think and act strategically, analytically, and tactically.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
